Diamond Jewelry Warranty
All diamond jewelry includes a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Defects are typically apparent within this period.
We have professional jewelers on-site who can repair or replace items when necessary.
After the warranty period, we offer in-house repair services at nominal pricing as a courtesy to our customers.
Warranty Return Process

Parcels without valid return details will be refused.
Returns must be shipped via a traceable, insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) with delivery prepaid by the purchaser.
Customers are responsible for loss or damage during transit.
