RETURN DESCRIPTION:
To return a shipped item , please follow these steps:
1.You can return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging new with tag attached to item, with all gift boxes and accessories included, and without any signs of usage, abuse, or wear. Custom orders are non-refundable
2. Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.
3. Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
4. Put the printed return label on the center of the box.
5. Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price.
6. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
7. We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.

Any damaged items or any items showing signs of wear will be rejected.
